Yes it's the the same. The difference is the legal terminology. It's sex for payment in both scenarios. It doesn't matter what the payment comes in. What it boils down to is people like watching it, in most cases will pay to watch it, how do we make I legal? Well, throw it in with free speech and any other acts of freedom and there you have it.
